How to order
Simply find the product you wish the purchaseand click on the 'Add to Basket' button. This will place the item into your basket. When you have finished you can go to your 'Basket' from the link at the top of the page and order your products. You may check, amend and delete items from your basket at anytime using this page. When you are ready to purchase your goods you should click on the 'Order' button within your Basket. You will then need to complete the form with your delivery. A Mobile-4u.com representative will contact you shortly to confirm your payment details. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order.
Prices
All prices quoted on the website are in GB Pounds (£) and include VAT at the standard UK rate. Carriage is an additional fee of £6 on all orders.
Cancelling Orders
Orders may be cancelled or changed at any time prior to their dispatch. Should you decide to cancel your order after it has been sent, you may return the order for a full refund less carriage costs within 7 days of the date of delivery. There is no cancellation or re-stocking fee.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within a few hours of receipt. Please notify us of any changes by calling 01189 215900 Mon-Fri 9.30am - 5.00pm or emailing custserv@mobile-4u.com.

What is the cost of delivery?
The delivery charge is £6 plus VAT.
How long till I receive my goods?
Items ordered before 4.00 pm on any working day will be delivered within 3 working days, anytime up to 5.30pm if the items are in stock. Orders taken on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with details of the delivery. You may cancel the order at any time prior to dispatch.
What do I do if there is a problem with my delivery?
Call us on 01189 215900. We will contact the courier and let you know what's happening.
